It's almost vacation! Time for real summer classics, but with a twist that makes you love delicious. expected. From green gazpacho & Mexican stew to a spicy salad with watermelon, feta & jalapeño. Together with Bart van Olphen we put a swordfish kebab on the barbecue and even put a whole pan of mussels on it. There are tropical margarita ice creams and we serve colorful cocktails. It will be a great summer in your own kitchen!
