In Utrecht, 1.3 million in fines for trucks and 4.1 million in fines for diesel passenger cars and vans have already been issued for exceeding the environmental zones. We are talking about the year 2022! And now, in the second half of October 2024, the House of Representatives is seriously discussing further extending the date of entry into force for those same environmental zones.
