Does everything you have to do sometimes become too much? Do you keep falling into that trap of just running and flying to get it all done? Then you will probably give in to everyone and everything but yourself.
Giving yourself a pause is the core of this training. An hour is often enough to learn to look at stress differently and get yourself out of that survival mode of always having to.

The makers
This training was developed by:
Irene Smit , founder and creative director of Flow, mindfulness and behavioral expert:
“In Flow, we have been letting psychologists, neurologists, philosophers and other experts speak for fifteen years about how to deal with stress and burnout, how to recognize the complaints and what you can do to take better care of yourself. For the training, I combined the most important insights from those articles with my knowledge about mental health. I hope that after following it you can stop and make different choices for the future.”
Ilse Savenije , online learning specialist and online coordinator at Flow:
“We gave our first online training courses via Instagram. Such a private account was quite useful and Instagram is accessible to everyone. But this seemed so much nicer to us. A separate environment, away from social media. An online place with more peace and overview where you only have to do one thing; follow your training. No busy distractions, extra stimuli and everything at the same time. That alone reduces stress. At School of Flow we try to bring everything together: learn something new in an accessible way that you really learn something from, supplemented with original illustrations and creative animations.”
