Alpina Profi pans have the advantages of cast iron, but are much lighter. They have good heat conduction and the Teflon layer is virtually scratch-free. These pans are really fantastic; the entire surface is heated quickly and evenly for an optimal baking, roasting, stewing and cooking result. This pan (with a cold grip and a glass lid) can be heated up to 240 degrees
in the oven. And they can also go in the dishwasher!
