We are extremely proud that we – as one of the first – can share recipes from Yotam Ottolenghi's latest book COMFORT with you in the October issue of NR.1 food magazine delicious. But there is more! Because when the garden doors are closed more and more often, the kitchen automatically becomes our favorite place again. Just for the smell of curry leaves fried in coconut oil for creamy chicken vegetable stew. Wow, that is truly easy Indian!
