What will you learn in this training?

1. What is intuition?

In this lesson we answer the question: what is intuition actually? And how can you put your thoughts in the background for a while, so that your inner voice becomes more audible? At the end of this lesson you will have learned how to focus on what your sixth sense wants to tell you.

2. Learning to recognize intuitive moments

When something inside you told you not to buy that seemingly perfect house and you were later proven right. Or that time you felt you had to call your mother and she indeed needed your help. That was probably your intuition. In this lesson you will discover how to recognize intuitive moments. And you will find an exercise to get in touch with your intuition.

3. The difference between thoughts, emotions and the sixth sense

Your thoughts communicate with you all day long, just like your emotions. But when is it not your thoughts or emotions, but your intuition that speaks to you? In this lesson you will discover the characteristics of an intuitive message. Also in this lesson: two writing exercises that show you the difference between information from the mind and from the soul.

4. The ways of your intuition

You can perceive your intuition in different ways. In this lesson you will take a test and discover which ways your intuition communicates with you most strongly. Is that through clairvoyance, knowing, seeing, feeling, smelling or tasting? Plus two more ways in which your intuition can pass on messages.

5. Intuition throughout the day

Your sixth sense is like a wise, knowing counselor who is happy to help you find your way in life. In this lesson, through two exercises, you will become aware of how your intuition signals in your daily life, how you pick up these subtle messages and that you can trust your inner compass.

6. Intuitive answers to targeted questions

You now know how to make contact with your sixth sense and how to recognize an intuitive message. But you don't have to wait for your sixth sense to give you something. You can also ask your intuition questions. In this lesson you will learn to ask specific questions, so that you know that it is not your mind that answers, but your intuition.

7. Train your intuitive sensitivity

You and everything around you are surrounded by an energy field. That field contains information that you can pick up through your intuitive sensitivity. In this last lesson you will learn how to train this sensitivity with different exercises.
