Beautiful deep red enamelled cast iron pan, ideal for preparing the most delicious stews, roasts, soup or braised meat. And a cosy eye-catcher on the stove, even when not cooking in it.
Cast iron absorbs heat evenly and releases it slowly; perfect for stewing, simmering, cooking and roasting. Thanks to the included lid, steam from the dish drips back into the pan, keeping it juicy and deliciously tender.
This pan has an extra smooth, rounded base so it can be used on any heat source, including induction. For use in the oven, this can be done with the lid up to max. 200 degrees, without using the lid, this restriction does not apply.
