Truckstar edition 4 - 2023

Contrary to what is talked about in the national media; politics, polarization and all kinds of crises, we delved into the state of mind of today's road users for a change. Because there is quite a bit wrong with that. We have already discussed this in detail that there will be more and more delays and traffic jams in 2023. And it is obvious that many motorists and drivers are not happy about this. But if they turn to violence without any serious cause, you do wonder about the mental health of those road users.

Jos Schoemans had to deal with a case of road rage, on the day of the truck driver, of all things, which still gives him sleepless nights. In this Truckstar you can read what happened to him. Erik, a recovery vehicle at Collewijn, also regularly witnesses the consequences of road rage through his work and often narrowly escapes a collision. On the other side of the ocean, Joe Lenssen has no problems at all. This year he is making his dream come true, (convoy) driving on the Ice Roads in Canada, where camaraderie is of paramount importance. This Truckstar contains experiences.
