Contents of this online premium training

Welcome

In this first session you will be provided with everything you need to make the training a success. You will also meet psychologist, coach, trainer and trainer Anne de Jong, who you will see in the videos in the training.

Think like a coach

Awareness

The goal for the future has been set. Now it is time to look at his current situation with the coachee. Here it is even more important to ask really good questions.

In the previous session you learned to map the current situation of the coachee. Now it's time to visualize solutions.

Action!

In the previous session you received instructions for solution-oriented coaching. Now it is time to ensure that the coachee takes action.
