How (un)healthy are you living at the moment?

In this session you become aware of your current lifestyle. What is already going well? Where are opportunities for improvement?

But first: why is it so important to change your habits?

What is habitual behavior?

In this session you will learn more about habitual behavior. Why do you have unhealthy habits? And what makes it so difficult to change them? You will also learn how to change your behavior and start your first new habit.

Healthy eating: the basics

There is so much information about food trends and diets that you probably can't see the forest for the trees. What is really good for your body? In this session we create clarity by going back to basics.

Healthy eating: one step further

In this session you will learn the finer points of healthy eating. You can read about the special effects of certain foods on how you feel.

How your environment can help

Temptations in your environment, but also your own emotions, make it difficult to always make wise choices. In this session you will learn how to make it easier for yourself to maintain healthy habits.

Exercise as a healthy habit

In the coming sessions we will shift the focus to exercise. Where can you gain profit? In any case, the gain will be significant: both for your health and for how you feel and look at your body.

Ready for your new exercise habit

Last week we inundated you with information about the importance of exercise if you want to live a healthier life. In this session you will demonstrate how you can make exercise more attractive for yourself – even if you are tired, not feeling well or 'too busy'.

On the move all day long

Most people spend four to five hours a day in front of a screen. How can you – even if you have a sedentary job or love Netflix – still exercise more? In this session we will show you inspiring examples.
