HSP@work training: this is how you stay balanced + 2 coaching sessions
Contents of this online training
High sensitivity is a character trait characterized by increased attentiveness and in-depth processing. In this session you will discover what that means and how it manifests itself in your daily life and in the workplace.
You may often think about what is difficult about your high sensitivity. But: as an HSP you also have a number of unique talents. We will examine this in this session.
If you are highly sensitive, there are a number of basic conditions required to function optimally at work. In this session you will discover what these basic conditions are for you.
In this session we continue with the basic conditions that you need in the working environment to function optimally.
Because of your high sensitivity, your brain works differently than non-HSPs. How your environment responds to this partly determines how you view yourself. If you have unpleasant reactions, a talent can look more like a pitfall, causing you to think more negatively about yourself. In this session we look at common pitfalls and teach you how to think about them as a talent.
Highly sensitive people are more sensitive to stress. In this session we will delve deeper into stress signals, so that you learn to recognize them in time.
The next important step is to be able to communicate your needs at work. If you keep this in mind and your colleagues also take this into account, you will be more productive and this will help prevent stress from increasing. In this session you will learn how to approach this.
You now know what HSP is and how it is characterized, but it can sometimes still be quite a challenge to deal with this in practice. That is why in this session you will practice giving advice to others.
Everyone tackles it in their own way, learn in this session how others deal with high sensitivity.
You have completed the entire training. We hope, of course, that the training has given you more clarity and guidance. Perhaps the training has stirred up emotions or you would like to talk to your loved one. In this last session you conclude with a reflection exercise.
