This session is about the treatment of ADHD. Because what works best: talking or pills? You also consider the facts and myths about ADHD medications. Like: does it make you lethargic? Does it change your brain?
Do you struggle to find peace in a busy and chaotic life? An overcrowded agenda, raging teenagers and mess in the house? In this session you will work on practical tips that will help you keep an overview, get things done and continue to take good care of yourself.
Many ADHDers have a fear of failure or a negative self-image. No wonder if you've been told all your life that you are too busy, too impulsive or too chaotic. But did you know that ADHD is also linked to positive traits? In this and the next session you will investigate which ones are yours.
It takes time and energy to learn to trust yourself. The first step that can help you is to consider your strengths. Need inspiration? In this session Sandra and expert Rutger reflect on everything that is positive about ADHD.
An ADHDer often falls for another ADHDer. Or for someone who is very structured. In the first case, chaos threatens, in the other case the relationship can become unbalanced. How do you keep it fun together?
Children with ADHD need small rewards faster and more often. And a busy birthday goes better when they know what awaits them. In this session you will receive practical tips that will help you raise a child with ADHD.
In this final session, expert Rutger will help you with a final tip. You reflect on what you have learned and discover how the Super Brains app can help you get more out of your life with ADHD.
