Content of this training
You will meet clinical psychologist and HSP expert Elke van Hoof and gain insight into the content of the training. You will also receive five tips to make this training a success.
In this session you will learn what high sensitivity is and how to recognize it in your coachee.
In this session you will work on the coachee's self-image to learn to accept his/her high sensitivity. You will also learn how your coachee can create the right circumstances to allow his/her special talents to flourish.
In this session you will learn how to teach your coachee to deal with rejection, including by detecting thinking errors.
In this session you will learn to use proactive coping, including through a test and practical assignments.
HSPs are often more empathetic and can lose themselves in feelings from and for the other person. In this session you will learn how your coachee can help others without overload and you will gain insight into powerful protective mechanisms of HSPs.
In this session you will learn how to ensure that an HSP feels good at work.
In this final session you will learn how your coachee can best learn to indicate his/her boundaries. You will also be introduced to the HSP first aid kit, which you can give to your coachee at the end of the coaching process.
