In this introductory session you will briefly hear what ACT entails, what its purpose is and who ACT is intended for. We will also tell you what you can expect in this training.
In this session you will get a clear overview of the six pillars of ACT. Through assignments you will actively work on these pillars and you will have the opportunity to experience ACT yourself.
To give you an even better idea of what ACT entails, this session focuses on the origins of ACT. Attention is also paid to an important aspect of ACT: how we deal with the challenges of it daily life to deal with.
In this final session you will discover what ACT could look like in your practice. You will also receive a number of tips to help you on your way.
