Discovering your gentle voice

Dealing with difficult emotions
You can use self-compassion especially during difficult situations in your life. This session you will do a visualization exercise.

Create your own self-compassion mantra
A self-compassion mantra is useful when you are overwhelmed by negative emotions: when you notice something about yourself that you don't like, for example, or when you encounter problems.

Appreciate yourself
What qualities do you really like about yourself? You should appreciate yourself more. In this session you will work on self-appreciation.
