What exactly is narcissism?

Self-righteous, arrogant and selfish: at first glance, all narcissists may seem alike. But did you know that there are two different types of narcissists?

Is a narcissist a psychopath?

A narcissist is often compared to someone with an antisocial personality, also called a psychopath. Yet there is a difference in the way a narcissist and a psychopath interact with other people.

How do you find out?

There are all kinds of extensive questionnaires that measure whether someone has narcissistic characteristics. Yet there is a much faster way to find out if someone is narcissistic.

How does narcissism arise?

The seeds of narcissism lie in childhood. But not everyone with a less than ideal childhood automatically becomes a narcissist later in life. In this session you will learn more about the causes.
